3. Non-Refundable Products

3.1. The following products are not eligible for refunds:

Files that have been downloaded (unless there is a clear issue with the product as described in Section 1.1),
Customized products or add-ons that are specifically made to suit your needs,
Subscription-based or recurring payments unless explicitly stated in the product description or agreed upon by the seller.

4.2. For PayPal payments, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. For Stripe payments, refunds will be issued back to the credit or debit card used for the transaction.
